Who’s Jordan Biffen?

I’m a man of the heart - devoted to becoming more free so I can live a life that is truly fulfilling.

This is how I choose to live my life - by sincerely turning towards all parts of myself. Not just the more desirable aspects of who I am, but also where I hold the most shame and self-rejection - especially these parts.

At the core of my work is a simple but powerful question:

“What happens when we allow ourselves to drop the masks and put down the armour?”

The most direct path I’ve found is through presence.

When we come into deeper presence - and meet the places we usually shy away from - we begin to soften the strategies that keep us small. We create safety in our system to be with more of our full-spectrum self.

From there, something profoundly powerful begins to emerge. We become less dictated by our patterns and wounds, and live from a deeper place of choice, authenticity, and aliveness.

This is what I’m devoted to.

Why I Do This Work

One night, in the middle of deep heartbreak, as my life was crumbling to the ground in all areas, my inner critic was louder than ever.

Nothing made sense in my mind, I was in pure terror. I was blaming myself for everything, telling myself the very familiar stories of: “I’m broken, I’m worthless, and I should not be feeling this way”

But in these moments, something different happened that changed my life.

I was able to access - for the first real time in my life - true love. Not roses and box of chocolates type of love. A love that is beyond duality - the unchanging infinite place inside. (Prior to this, I had moments of awakening, but this was on a whole new level),

It was a moment of heart awakening

That night, I chose to devote myself to whatever this experience was, and naturally I was able to start supporting others to do the same.

This decision soon began to ripple into my outer world…

My relationships became more real - less pretending and performing. I stopped chasing peak experiences and started living from more of my wholeness.

That night I chose to embrace the entirety of who I am - the depths of my darkness and heights of my light.

Why Men?

I choose to work with men because I know that all men carry an immense amount of untapped power.

Beneath the stories, the doubt, and the confusion of how to be a “real” man lies a version that is powerful beyond comprehension.

It’s what I’ve unlocked in myself. It’s what I’ve witnessed in the men I work with. And it’s what I want to help you discover.

As is started living more from my heart everything changed, not just how I felt, but how I lived.

I began leading men’s groups, facilitating workshops, and building a life more aligned with my values.

When a man lives from his heart, the world around him begins to change.
