My Offerings for Men

My work is about helping men come home to what’s real, especially when you’re tired of carrying the critic in your head, the numbness in your body, or the constant pressure to be different than you are.

Through a specific feeling-based modality which has changed my life and the men I work with - I support men to access their full-spectrum self. My work invites you to slow down, feel what’s actually happening, and meet yourself with honesty – instead of looping in self-judgment or criticism.

Whether through 1:1 sessions, online group work, or in-person retreats, the core is the same: presence, truth, and the willingness to be fully human.

This work is about becoming more you. Because when men face themselves in this way, they stop sabotaging, stop hiding behind masks, and start accessing their true power as men. From here, they can heal the pain of the past, share their souls gifts, and embody the man they’ve always longed to be.

Together, we explore what’s been avoided: the grief, the pain, the desire, the anger, the tenderness. It’s not about fixing or forcing transformation. It’s about feeling from within the heart and body to make space for the parts of you that have been hidden or rejected.

When men do this, transformation happens naturally. Not as the goal, but as the byproduct of finally being honest with yourself.

1:1 Truth Sessions

These 60 minute sessions are for the man who’s tired of carrying the critic in his head, feeling numb, or stuck in the same old patterns no matter how much work he’s done.

In a 1:1 session, we don’t push for breakthroughs or force you to be different. Instead, we slow down enough to meet what’s really here - the grief, the tension, the doubt, and also the strength and power that lives beneath it.

You’ll be held in a space that’s deeply attuned, honest, and free from judgment. A space where you can finally stop running, face yourself fully, and begin to experience the peace and aliveness that comes from being real.

The Unmasked Men’s Group (in-person)

An in-person men’s group meeting every week in Kreuzberg, Berlin. The power of this work whilst in the presence of other men cannot be underestimated. This is a space to drop the masks and meet yourself in a circle of other men doing the same. I bring the core pillars of my work - feeling and honesty - into a shared space, which becomes immensely powerful when witnessed by other men. If you’re ready to face what you’ve been avoiding, this is for you.

Masoud - Psychologist

Over the years I’ve tried many different modalities, but Jordan’s men’s group felt profoundly different, so much so that I booked a 1:1 session. I was healing from intense heartbreak, and although I had felt a lot, I sensed something deeper still blocked.

In the session, Jordan held such a non-judgmental and grounded presence that I softened into myself. What began as heartbreak transformed into a memory from childhood, a feeling of not receiving love. With Jordan’s support, I met that place with honesty and acceptance.

Four days later, I still feel a shift. I’m more open, honest, and present with my emotions, more than I’ve felt after plant medicine journeys, meditation retreats, or years of practice. If you’re ready to drop the mask and meet yourself deeply, Jordan is an incredible guide.”

“I came to Jordan’s men’s circle because I was stuck in loops about my sexuality and my relationships with women, especially my ex. I needed a place to feel, not to fix.

In the circle, and later in a 1:1 with Jordan - I felt completely safe and free from judgment, which allowed me to be honest in a way I hadn’t been for a long time.

What shifted was learning to feel directly, without agenda, and realising that I could guide the pace and depth of my feelings, rather than be driven by them. I’m now less reactive, more present in my body, and able to let go and relate more cleanly.

For any man who’s hesitant: you don’t need to be ‘fixed’, you just need a safe space to feel what’s true. This is that space.”

Brad Parker - Life Coach

Jordan is incredible, as men who are driven in life we often suffer with self worth due to bloackages of previous life experiences. Jordan held a space and made sure I was able to fully feel vulnerably. He helped me to dive deeper into what felt like my soul, as I was able to unravel trapped thought and emotions. I’m very grateful for the deep knowledge and wisdom he shared with me, and I highly recommend his work

I really needed that drop-in with Jordan and the brothers. I’d been feeling a lot of mental overwhelm and emotional churn for weeks - but something about showing up that night, being seen and felt in that space, dropped me out of my head and back into my body. Since then, I’ve felt this steady positive momentum returning. I’m deeply grateful for this group and excited to keep deepening with the brothers.”

“I came to Jordan’s work wanting to change myself, to fit into society, to avoid the feelings I didn’t want to feel. What I found instead was a space where Jordan didn’t just talk the talk, but walked the walk. He showed me how to meet myself honestly, even in the conflict of not fully accepting myself.

I had deep, unexpected insights that went straight to the gut and will stay with me. After five years of engaging with different therapy modalities, Jordan’s approach stands out as something both profoundly deep and still difficult for the mind to fully grasp.

There is something uniquely healing about men opening up vulnerably with each other, without self-censoring, without seeking approval, and learning how to be at ease among men.

At the risk of being grandiose, I can only echo the Psalms: ‘Taste and See.’”
